Term Three 'Change'!

Kiaora and welcome to to all our wonderful followers of Room 11 in 2012. We have had a busy, but great year so far, with many students producing some excellent work. An example of this was all the hard work put in to create,develop and produce an investigation for our Term Two School Science and Technology Fair. This was a great experience for the students and they should be proud of what they discovered. A special well done to Jeannie and James who achieved a Highly Commended for their efforts. Term Three is well under way and we have already started to learn about the Human Body and all the systems that make us who we are. I'm sure within the next couple of weeks the students will have become real experts. Another highlight so far has been some 'educational' reading sessions based around our Grossology Series. We have been learning the relevant and technical information about such topics as Poop, Barf and Boogers. The best thing being the Students really beginning to use the correct terminology.
